Provide warning on limits to customer id and password length if quicken used.)
Oct. 31 2008Over 4 hours of my time and technical support's (5 different support engineers) time to track down cause of download failures to quicken or qfx file formats. Length of combined password and customer id fields can't be longer than 22 characters. At a minimum, this should be in the technical support help web page and in the information provided to the technical support team.
